Cress: A Review

CressIt’s here, it’s here! The third novel in Marissa Meyer’s Lunar Chronicles [check out my reviews of Cinder and Scarlet], Cress had a lot to live up to and it met the challenge wholeheartedly!

Cressida is in a modern day Rapunzel situation… she’s in a satellite high above the world. Forced by Luna’s Queen Levana to spy on Earthlings, Cress is alone in her tower… entirely out of reach. She’s been on the lookout for runaway Cinder Linh and she’ll risk her own safety to protect the Lunar enemy at large and her dreamy friend, the infamous Captain Carswell Thorne.

Will Queen Levana marry Prince Kai and rule the commonwealth and eventually Earth? With Cress’ help, can Cinder fight the Lunar army and claim her rightful throne. Another GREAT adventure. I really didn’t want this novel to end!

I’m caught between wanting to read the rest of the adventure in Marissa Meyer’s mind, and not wanting it to ever end. Incredible writing! Another favorite!
